From 15th until 26th June 2026. 19:00 till 06:00

There will be overnight road closures around the Dove Bank Roundabout area during the above period. Service 401 will be affected during these times:

Monday to Friday:
18:25 From Burton New St
19:20 From Uttoxeter Bus Station
Saturday:
18:15 From Burton New St
19:25 From Uttoxeter Bus Station

During these times the following stops will not be served:
Derby Rd - St Catherines Close
Dove Bank - Thomas Alleynes High School

Alternative bus stop will be Uttoxeter Bus Station

Efflinch Lane, Barton Under Needwood will be closed during the above period.

Services 12 & 12E will be unable to serve these stops:
Efflinch Lane - All Stops
Captains Lane - Ash Tree Rd Towards Burton, Fulbrook Farm & Fulbrook Avenue

Route 12 Diversion - In Both Directions: The bus will enter Captains Lane from The Green, then turn left onto Ash Tree Rd & operate a loop, then return to Captains Lane to travel in the opposite direction.

Alternative Stops are:
The First Stop on Captains Lane (Opposite Ash Tree Rd) will be used for Both Directions (Burton & Lichfield)

Route 12E Diversion Towards Lichfield: The bus will enter Barton from Tatenhill (Dunstall Rd). It will then turn left and use Station Road to get to the A38 (opposite to the Normal Direction).

Route 12E - Towards Burton: The bus will enter Barton from The A38 via Station Rd. It will then turn right onto Dunstall Rd towards Tatenhill.

Alternative Bus Stops on the 12E are: Station Rd - Barton Lodge
