Charity Recycling Round Coming in 2022!
After having the sensible conversation about having a clear out of items I hoard. (ironic occupational hazard that I need a house clearance when I own a house clearance business!!)
Just failed and bought a hard to find, kind of ok proportioned pony size London type trolley.....well we do have a Rag & Bone recycling bay and a pony called Tinker to drive in it......tomorrow we will be millionaires :D tatting in a street near you soon on high days and advertising holidays....once I have restored it and maybe change the wheels or maybe just leave it as it is. Will see when it arrives as meant to be Shetland size but shafts look quite big...well we have every size of driving pony and will no doubt make lots of changes to it. I feel some charity recycling rounds coming on!

We are bursting at the seams with an amazing array of lots!
The third lock down has been a very busy time for the team at Beech Clearances & Auction Room. The volume and range of recent clearances has been extensive, including a large estate with coach house, two country houses with barns full of treasure, a public house and solicitor’s offices. A vast array of exciting auction lots will be going under the hammer in April-June, via our own online auction platform built within our own website www.beechauctions.co.uk where buyers may register to bid.

Some 2500-3000 lots in total are currently being catalogued and condition checked, to be auctioned in categorised batches. The first auction 22nd-25th April includes a large range of garden furniture, barn find militaria, weaponry, sporting accoutrements, shop display and signage. Examples of the latter is a Fry’s Chocolate advertising mirror, a Dewhurst’s Silko cotton thread display cabinet with contents and a delightful set of 4 advertising tin plate shelf edgers from a hardware shop.

When you make the decision to not take any further clearances as we are full.........just booked in a pub clearance, an office clearance & to view a third hoarder's home this week......I've the breaking strain of a wet rich tea biscuit!

As house clearers, we try our best to recycle as much as we possibly can, this doesn't make us any money at all whatsoever, infact it costs us money in time! We are simpy trying to reduce waste and to save items not suitable for auctioning in the saleroom, from going to landfill. These items always belong to clients, who give us permission to offer them for free or for a small charity donation, rather than going to waste.
We have contact numbers for local independant man & vans, who sadly can't work for free, we do not make any money on deliveries even if we co-ordinate them. These independant businesses will be happy to give you a quote to deliver to you should you not be able to collect. We will be advertising items on here on a regular basis, as we can't use local free sites, as people have complained. If anyone can find a free man & van delivery service, then rest assured I could keep them in full time free work ;) SO this page will become a regular listing for our clients items, offered to local community members for free or donation. Our last cheque to charity was for £349 and we have over £100 to go them already and this is during lockdown!

How Exciting! Today we go to a grade II listed house and barn belonging to a hoarder. We have not had the chance to assess it. Will we need body suits & bin liners OR blankets & boxes?
