***CUSTOMER NOTICE REGARDING TRIPS OUTSIDE THE BAY***
With an extremely dry summer and lack of rainfall over the past 6+wks, Cardiff Harbour Authority has implemented locking restrictions for vessels in and out of the Barrage in order to maintain the Bay level.
We are therefore restricted to the reduced locking in and out times which may affect your trip.
Any trips affected by this will be notified by email of the change in times/reduced trip time or time on the islands (Flat Holm/Steep Holm).
Whilst we are making every effort to rearrange the trips, sometimes tides and locks don’t align and your trip may be cut short or cancelled.
We appreciate this is frustrating but it is totally out of our hands.
If any new trips times are not suitable, please email us and we will try to rebook you to an alternative date or issued a refund.
Let’s hope we get some rain soon, so we get some river flow and the locking restrictions are lifted.
