As you know this isn’t something we have ever done at DRC Group Limited, But as of today anyone who books in a collection with us over £100 we be required to pay a £25 deposit towards the total before the collection, this will then be deducted from the balance once collection has been completed,Payment’s can be made via bank transfer.
Failure to cancel with less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
This comes after a disastrous weekend for us as a business where a number of clients have failed to pay leaving us with over a £1000 outstanding from jobs we have already completed and paid to dispose of.
We apologise to all our regular and local customers for the inconvenience this may cause some of you, But sadly our kindness has been taken for granted.
