As a family, we are so grateful to have found Bob and Jane to help us carry out the last wishes of my Father.
From start to finish communication was handled so professionally, but more so, personably by both Jane and Bob. With so much experience, any questions we had were quickly answered. I rang Jane one morning and she talked me through the whole thing, offered up lots of advice and tips to help with everything.
On the day of our ashes ceremony, we were met at the gates by Jane and she took great care of us. Jane even went so far as to kindly offer to help prepare our water urn. Listen to Jane.. she knows her stuff. Forget all you read about different types of urns online or wherever, Jane will be able to tell you exactly how things work and give you some important advice on which to go with.
“Song and Dance” is a cracking vessel, in really great condition. Very comfortable and very high class.
Skipper Bob and Admiral Jane really looked after my family. Honestly after 5 minutes of meeting them they felt like an extension of the family. Jane was a very sympathetic and caring hostess to us and took wonderful care of everyone, especially my mum.
Skipper Bob was just as great, allowing the kids to sit up top and teaching them all about piloting a vessel, the workings of Radar, explaining how the flood gates worked.. all sorts.
This sounds like a strange thing to say, but my whole family came away from this experience really happy. A day which was full of nerves, emotion and potential sadness, was turned into an enjoyable positive experience we will cherish and look back on fondly, and this was in no short part, down to our hosts Bob and Jane. Thank you SO much. I would highly recommend.
