Further to the Prime Ministerās statement of 23 March, I can confirm that Willow Pumps, Metro Rod, Metro Plumb are government-designated key workers, delivering essential services during this time of national emergency.
We are absolutely committed to do everything we can to support our customers and communities in helping to keep Britainās drains and water supply flowing. In particular, we are supporting critical establishments so they can continue to deliver vital public services.
We are also on stand-by to offer our services to support Britainās most vulnerable communities.
Willow Pumps, Metro Rod, Metro Plumb are operating a business as usual service through our network of almost 450 engineers operating from nearly 50 depots nationwide. We are continuing to provide a nationwide āWater in. Waste outā service including pumps, drainage and plumbing, and customers can continue to place jobs with us in the traditional way.
We are entirely focused on ensuring we do our utmost to protect our colleagues, our customers and the public during this pandemic, and also provide the very best customer service we can in these very challenging circumstances.
I would like to publicly thank all of my colleagues, our engineers, the groupās franchisees and our customers for their dedication, cooperation and support during these extraordinary times.
