Here’s to our transport planners. 👋

The job nobody sees: matching loads to trucks, trucks to drivers, drivers to hours-of-work rules, and the whole jigsaw to weather and traffic — usually before most of us have finished our first coffee.

Without good planners, the trucks don't move. Simple as that.

The folks who actually run the warehouse. 👋

Behind every pallet that goes out on time, there's a team double-checking labels, scanning slots, signing off PODs and somehow still finding time to put the kettle on.

40+ years of MTS, and the bit that's never changed: real people, doing the work, properly.

Bank holiday weekend. ☀️

Operations still ongoing with vehicles on time critical loads and several of the trucks and drivers attending Newark Truckfest. Otherwise the kettle is on, and a bit of breathing space before Tuesday lands.
