Ipswich, Suffolk. It is a freight hauler company that will provide long and short haul trucking
services. I.N.Business Investments is owned by Ionut-Jhonny Neacsu, Director, who has
experience in the transportation industry and HGV business and Marius-Daniel Badan, Director,
who is an ambitious investor looking for new challenges
. Initially, we will focus on transporting freight as an independent
contractor for other companies, willing to travel wherever
necessary. One of the keys to success in the HGV industry is to
find a niche and dominate it, which is why ultimately I.N.BI will
specialize in East Anglia. The Company seeks to raise interest in its freight HGV business
and to seek out financial and practical support. By showing that

a lorry. Start-up costs will be minimal as we plans to initially serve as an independent contractor for
larger companies. The Company expects to fund the start-up costs through a loan and personal

additional lorries. What We Sell
In the beginning, the Company will travel wherever necessary to obtain
business but plans to ultimately specialize in East Anglia deliveries. Business Investments will be especially attractive to companies in need of delivery services in
East Anglia part of the United Kingdom. At the onset of the operation, I.N.BI will operate one lorry and will serve as an independent contractor
for other HGV companies in need of drivers. In approximately five years, as the business grows, it will
enter into its own contracts and begin to directly provide freight hauling services to retailers, product
distributors & others. Business Investments intends to operate as a general carrier of merchandise for contractors and
sub-contrators, especially in Felixstowe, Suffolk. As such, it is difficult to determine the average
customer of the Company as I.N. Business Investments will have in maximum 3 years the licensure and
the ability to effectively move almost any type of merchandise. Initially, I.N. Business Investments will focus specifically on transportation companies in Felixstowe and
the surrounding area, expanding after the first 2 years to the entire East Anglia. By serving as an
independent contractor, I.N. Business Investments can provide a more affordable shipping solution for
new and growing companies than purchasing their own lorries.
