Bailey Construction have been awarded the prestigious contract by Coventry City Council to construct 20 new build light industrial units at their Lythalls Lane Industrial Unit complex in Coventry. Works will start on site Tuesday 26th May, 2015 and will be complete on Friday 18th December 2015. Baileys have created this page to keep our neighbours on site updated with the progress of our

works, advise regarding any major deliveries which may affect them, update with progress photographs and any interesting news which we feel they need to be made aware of. We hope that by creating this page we are able to communicate effectively and promote what Bailey Construction are about, why we are on site and to also to build a good working relationship with our neighbours whilst construction is under way.
