So so grateful..
10 year anniversary running this French alps retreat!! A wonderful group whom explored the medicine wheel lessons within our movement practise, we meditated, breathed, sang, flowed and had plenty of yin and restore after our days of activities..

Looking like 2028 weekend is already booked from return retreaters!! Please do ask to be on wait list though as things might change, and I do host other teachers and groups here too..

Thank you to my great friend Nick for hosting us at his great chalet and Kathryn for the incredible food each day, honestly would not be the same without you..
