WE’RE RECRUITING: SERVICE CONTROLLER – EARLIES/LATES

Join the team at our Operations Control Centre in Diss and play a vital role in keeping our bus and coach services running safely, reliably and professionally.

You’ll monitor our network in real time, support drivers, respond to incidents and make important operational decisions to minimise disruption for our passengers.

We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, communicates exceptionally well and has previous customer service and transport industry experience.

Location: Diss
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Five days from seven, earlies/lates
Salary: £17 per hour

We’re making a number of changes to services across the Central Connect network from Sunday 30th August.

These changes have been carefully planned to better reflect current journey patterns, improve connections between key destinations and provide more convenient travel options for our customers. Some services will operate to revised timetables or follow updated routes, while new connections will also be introduced across parts of the network.

We recommend checking your service before travelling, as departure times and stopping arrangements may have changed.

If you currently use the Konectbus app for mobile tickets, you’ll need to download the new Central Connect app to continue accessing your tickets.

The switch is quick and easy: simply sign up using your existing Konectbus email address and your active tickets will automatically transfer over to the new app.
