Continuing our driver introduction series, next up is Tony Smith. 👏🚛

Tony has been part of the Verhoek Europe team for a couple of years and is a valued member of our Class 1 driving team.

Hard working, reliable, and always willing to get the job done, Tony plays an important role in keeping freight moving across the UK and Europe. His positive attitude and commitment make him a great asset to the operation.

Tony did spend a short period away from Verhoek, but thankfully he soon realised what he was missing and found his way back! 😄 We like to think of it as a brief holiday before returning to where he belongs.

It’s great to have him back as part of the team and continuing to contribute to the Doncaster operation.

Continuing our driver introduction series, next up is Adam Gibbons. 👏🚛

Adam has been with Verhoek Europe for a few years now and has been a Class 1 Driver for just over a year.

Cool, approachable, and always willing to help, Adam is one of those people who never seems to stand still for long. If he’s not out on the road, there’s a good chance you’ll find him helping in the warehouse, lending a hand in the office, or getting involved wherever he’s needed.

A true all-rounder, Adam is always happy to muck in and support the team, making him a valuable part of the Doncaster operation.

Some people stick to one job… Adam seems determined to collect them all. 😄 Between driving, warehouse duties, and helping in the office, we’re still trying to work out what his actual job title is!

Continuing our driver introduction series, next up is Andrew Jones. 👏🚛

Andrew has been part of the Verhoek Europe team for many years and is a well-known face within the Doncaster operation.

As a Class 1 Driver, Andrew is hard working, dependable, and always gets the job done. Whether he’s out on the road or back at the depot, he’s a valued member of the team and someone we can always rely on.

Andrew’s experience and knowledge make him a great asset to the operation, although some would say his real talent is finding a way to avoid every photograph until it’s his turn for a spotlight post! 😄📸

Thankfully, we’ve managed to catch him this time.

Next up in our driver introduction series is Robert Greenwood. 👏🚛

Robert has been part of the Verhoek Europe team for 5 years as one of our Class 1 Drivers and continues to play an important role within the Doncaster operation.

Hard working, reliable, and always willing to get the job done, Robert consistently supports the team and helps keep operations moving smoothly across the UK and Europe.

Over the last five years, he has become a valued and respected member of the driving team, showing commitment and professionalism day in, day out.

Around the depot, Robert is also well known for casually wandering around in his slippers while filling his kettle up before heading back out on the road — usually whilst cracking the odd joke at the same time! 😄☕️

Willem has been part of the Verhoek Europe team for 10 years as one of our Class 1 Drivers and Driver Trainers, playing an important role both on the road and supporting the development of other drivers within the operation.

Hard working, experienced, and always willing to support wherever needed, Willem consistently goes above and beyond for both colleagues and customers alike. His knowledge, professionalism, and passionate approach to the role make him a valued part of the Doncaster driving team.

A respected member of the workforce and a great example of the standards and commitment within Verhoek Europe.

First up is Mark Taylor. 👏

Mark has been part of the Verhoek Europe team for 10 years as one of our Class 1 Drivers and has become a huge contributor to the workforce during that time.

Hard working, reliable, and always willing to go above and beyond, Mark consistently supports both his colleagues and customers wherever needed. Whether it’s helping the team, keeping things moving, or delivering excellent service on the road, nothing is ever too much trouble.

A well-respected member of the Doncaster operation and a great example of the commitment and professionalism within the Verhoek Europe driving team.

Today’s team spotlight is a joint one — featuring our Customer Service team, Donna Robinson and Natasha Barrett. 👏

Both Donna and Natasha have been part of the Verhoek Europe team for a number of years and play a crucial role within the Doncaster operation.

From supporting the planning and warehouse departments to providing the highest level of service to our consignors and their customers, they are both at the centre of keeping communication and operations running smoothly day to day.

Donna is the experienced, straight-talking one of the team — extremely organised, always helpful, and someone who takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service at all times. Safe to say, Donna likes things done properly and certainly keeps standards high! 😄

Natasha brings exactly the same commitment to the role, whilst also being the sunshine of the office. Witty, entertaining, and always making the team laugh with her harmless silliness, she brings a lot of positivity to even the busiest days.

Working within what is often quite a male-dominated environment, both Donna and Natasha certainly know how to handle the warehouse, drivers, and planners — while still keeping everyone in check! 😄

Together, they are a huge part of what keeps the Doncaster depot moving. 🚛📦

Next up in our warehouse team spotlight series is Jamie West. 👏

Jamie is one of our FLT Operatives on the late afters shift and has become a well-established part of the Doncaster team over the years.

Hard working, reliable, and always getting on with the job, Jamie plays an important role in helping keep the evening operation running smoothly.

Around the depot though, Jamie is perhaps just as well known for being the resident singer — there’s rarely a quiet shift when he’s around! 😄🎤

Next up in our warehouse team spotlight series is Arkadiusz Grzelachowski — although around the depot, everyone simply knows him as “G”. 👏

G has been part of the team for a few years now and is an excellent FLT Operative on the early/day shift.

Hard working, reliable, and always willing to help, nothing is ever too much trouble for G. No matter how busy the shift gets, he always keeps a smile on his face and brings a great attitude to the warehouse every day.

Known across the team for his positive energy and incredible smile, G is another valued part of the Verhoek Europe operation. 🚛📦😄
