Hi All, its a sad day but i have made the really hard decision to close The Affordable Events Company.

We have not managed to get going again after the Pandemic with a lack of interest in our little tours, we ran a few last year to make sure everyone that had booked and couldnt go had a chance to finally enjoy the tour which had to run at a loss most of the time due to people letting us down and cancelling last minute (not due to covid, which was a shame but we honoured every refund even if it meant we made no money).

So our last trip will be this week to Ladies Day at Goodwood on 28th July, which we still have 7 places left on (this has always been a sell out trip but sadly not this year).

We will be contacting everyone who has purchased a gift card to organise a refund, please message us if you have not received an email.

Just want to finish by saying a huge thank you to all of you that have supported us over the last 5 years and that our Sister Company Middle Earth Minibus is still up and running and will continue to provide an excellent service to all our clients.

Lets start having fun again and support local

We have just loaded some more dates for the Silent Pool Gin Tours, these generally sell out so book early to avoid disappointment.

We also offer an event planning service, where we can assist you in creating your bespoke trip or event (all within your budget) this is great for Hen and stag parties.

We also work closely with local WI groups, Charities and sports clubs to provide a one stop service.
