What a fantastic weekend at Summer's End Festival in Brechin!

A huge well done to the organisers for putting together such a well-run, family-friendly event. Everything was superb, and we were honoured to play a small part in supporting it.

LNER has launched Simpler Fares - an industry-leading initiative to cut through the complexity of rail ticketing and give passengers clearer, more flexible options.
Here's what's changed:

🕐 New 70min Flex ticket: bought your ticket but plans have shifted? You can now travel up to 70 minutes earlier or later than booked, without the stress.
🎫 Off-Peak & Super Off-Peak fares removed: those confusing time-window restrictions are gone on key routes between London and the north. Fewer options, clearer choices.
🚆 Connecting services included: the flexibility extends to ScotRail, TransPennine Express, CrossCountry, Govia Thameslink and TfL connecting services too.
