Another awesome week-and-a-bit comes to an end with Staffordshire Divers coming with us on last wknds charter, and our first individual week just finished with divers from Cleveland, Redcar, Ipswich and somewhere not ROHO lol.

Been a long week of wintery squalls, persistent showers amidst some hot and muggy spells, typical start of June eh? πŸ˜…

We enjoyed diving all the way from the awesome Avrella to the Butey of the Kyle's, and loved every driech minute 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😎

A massive thank you to The Boatshed and Holy Loch Coffee Shop for keeping our divers once again fed watered and welcomed ###

We now depart the upper Clyde once again as we head for the Mull of Kintyre.....let's pray the winds are in our favour. If not....the distilleries will be πŸ₯ƒπŸ₯ƒπŸ₯ƒ

What an end to a cracker of a week here on the Clyde. πŸ’―πŸ€ΏπŸ˜

5 days of diving in sumptuously sunny conditions with Chester Sub-Aqua Club as we took them on a Clyde Safari, exploring the Lochs, the Kyle's and the Isles.

We finished with a trip to Loch Goil and glorious conditions underwater with 10m+ Viz on the Avrella and One Tree Wall dives. πŸ‘

We got the goods today 🀿😍🌞

Plantkon still in the water column but great dive at Trail Island north and Lady Isabella today.

The bank holiday weekend has been cooking up some cracking diving conditions above and below the water for the first 3 of 5 days with Chester Sub-Aqua Club

The Starfish Enterprise has been working hard again with another Wider Clyde charter taking in everything from the top of loch goil, down the main channel, around the Kyles of Bute, Loch Fyne, the Cumbraes and even Troon πŸ›₯️πŸ›₯️πŸ›₯️ some miles getting in!!

Day 1 was check dive day on the Gantocks and Seagull wreck with up to 5m Viz.

Day 2 and some sumptuous wall diving up the Kyle's saw 10m Viz and loads of life....millions of moon jellies on the second dive 🎐🎐🎐

Today was the big stuff. The Greenock was ok Viz....lots of plankton down to 8m.....that time of year 🌞🌞🌞

Second the Akka, and expecting only a few metres of Viz...some left the cameras behind....and they were rewarded with 6-8m of Viz....great wreck on its day 😍

Tomorrow we head for Largs Yacht Haven for some island diving around Wee Cumbrae Island 🀿🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🌞

Another awesome week in Arran done βœ…πŸ˜πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ ΏπŸ€Ώ

Thank you everyone from susac for a cracking week, it's been a blast and great to have a group of divers who weren't shy of mucking in and starting ridiculously early to make the dives happen.

We enjoyed 5 out of 6 days diving, with really good Viz and so much life....and I think 8 Octopus counted πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Thanks to Lamlash Cruises moorings and Arran Coast for their help this week.

Transit back was good....followed the passage plan (given to me by our divers) to the letter.....a merit for whoever put that together πŸ€£πŸ†πŸοΈ

I guess you are all sort of welcome back if you want 😜

Hope you all have a good last night on Arran πŸ₯ƒπŸ₯ƒ....safe travels home tomorrow and all the best for the rest of the season.

Arran is an incredible place for diving, right on our doorstep.

Tuscan (30-42m) dived this morning at LW and an exploratory dive dubbed Morton's Mound brought free swimming Octopus, lobsters and scallops πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ¦

Pickup from the beach as tide too low for slipway and worked out pretty good.

Never mind the fact we managed a Great dive at Roraima this morning with divers in the water by 0557.....πŸ˜€πŸ€Ώ

We got dolphins playing on the reef the whole time. 🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬

Superb day....finished by 1pm giving our divers a chance to explore the island in good weather (pics to follow Inc distillery visits) πŸ₯ƒπŸ₯ƒπŸ₯ƒ

Just been for a round of golf too.....stunning part of the world this wee "Scotland in Miniature" 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 island. β›³πŸŒοΈ

No rest for the wicked as we finished our week long charter with Burghead Sub Aqua Club - Public and it was straight down the channel from the Lochs to Lamlash and from the Clyde shipwrecks to Arrans awesome scenics.

Day 1 on Arran, done βœ…πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ ΏπŸ€Ώ

2 good dives on St Molais Bay and Elidah wreck with SUSAC and 5-7m Viz (bit planktony here too)

Couple of drysuit malfunctions, hopefully sorted for tomorrows 0500 kick off 🀯 to beat the weather and head for Roraima Reef

Great to be back on the island 😍
