Our Moving Process – Simple & Stress-Free
Moving doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s how we manage your move from start to finish.
It begins with your initial enquiry, where we discuss your requirements, property size, and any additional services such as packing. We then arrange a survey (in person or virtual) to assess volume, access, and any specialist needs.
Following this, we provide a clear, detailed quotation outlining all services. Once accepted, your move is booked and carefully planned.
If packing is included, our team attends prior to moving day. All items are professionally packed using high-quality materials, with fragile items individually wrapped. Every box is labelled with the room it came from and includes a brief inventory for easy unpacking.
On moving day, we protect flooring and key areas in both properties to prevent damage. Furniture is dismantled where required, wrapped, and carefully loaded onto our vehicles using a structured system.
At the new property, everything is unloaded into the correct rooms as labelled. Furniture is reassembled and positioned as requested, and all packing materials are removed.
