Great customer feedback

Good Afternoon,

I’m writing to you because of the excellent customer service provided by one of your drivers today - Scott (sorry, don’t know his surname) picked us up from Newcastle Airport around 6am this morning.

Due to a combination of medical issues and unforeseen events, both my wife and I were in wheelchairs when we headed to the Express Pick Up area as arranged with our booking with you.
When Scott met us at the Airport, he noticed that we were struggling and immediately took ownership of our luggage, making sure that it was safe and secure while we got in his car.
Then upon arriving at our house, he again took on the responsibility of carrying our luggage into our house as we were both still struggling with our mobility.

In our opinion, Scott always provides excellent customer service and is a credit to the company.
