As we close the first week of August, we're also celebrating a couple of important work anniversaries here at BM Stafford. 🎉

Congratulations to Colin, who celebrates 12 years with the business as one of our dedicated Class 1 Drivers, and to Claire, who marks 4 years as our Customer Service Advisor.

Thank you both for your continued hard work, commitment and the valuable contribution you make to the team every day. Long service is something we're incredibly proud of, and it's people like Colin and Claire who help make BM Stafford what it is.

Today we're taking a look back at a proud moment in BM Stafford's history, when we were featured in Commercial Motor magazine.

The six-page feature highlighted our business, our fleet and our commitment to delivering reliable transport solutions, with Mark Stafford sharing his thoughts on the then new-generation MAN TGX vehicles.

As Mark said at the time:

"They're a game changer for MAN, smashing everything on fuel."

While our fleet and the industry have continued to evolve, our commitment to providing reliable, customer-focused transport solutions remains exactly the same.

📍Every delivery is different, and that's exactly why planning matters.

When a customer recently needed 17 pallets delivered to three separate locations in central London, each site came with its own unique challenges. From restricted access and pedestrianised areas to tight delivery windows and narrow city streets, careful planning was essential.

After assessing the requirements, our team coordinated the operation using one 7.5-tonne vehicle and two Luton vans, ensuring each delivery was completed safely, efficiently and within the required evening time slot.

It's this attention to detail and flexible approach that helps us deliver reliable logistics solutions, no matter how complex the job.

💙 Celebrating Two Well-Earned Retirements 💙

Today we say a fond farewell to Ken and Ian as they both begin their well-earned retirements.

Between them, they have dedicated many years of service to B M Stafford, making a lasting contribution to the business through their hard work, professionalism and commitment. Their experience, reliability and dedication have helped keep our operations moving day in, day out, and they will both be greatly missed by colleagues and customers alike.

While this marks the end of an era, it's also the beginning of an exciting new chapter. From everyone at B M Stafford, we'd like to thank Ken and Ian for everything they've done over the years and wish them both a long, happy and healthy retirement.

Enjoy every minute – you've both more than earned it. 👏
