Too every single person who sees this !!!!!!

Sat here tonight, and spoke to many people and every one is just the same ! Feeling lost helpless depressed not good enough can’t handle life ! Just can’t go on it’s too tough!
Think every one has these thoughts ,fleeting through there heads ! I know I do !!
your not doing enough,you’re not good enough,what if this, what if that ! Ffs !

The pressure we put on our selfs is unbelievable..

You are not alone ! Just tell the person your closest too! They will be there for you !
Your clan has your back, just tell some one.

If I’ve not spoke to you in 10/15 years so what !!!!!I’ll still be there for you ! Reach out. No one should ever struggle alone. If you know me, you will know I’ll be there no matter how much time has past.

Out of all the expensive toys this boy has it’s the 3 pound home bargains truck that he loves the most! Kids don’t care about money and how expensive things are be more like Aiden !
Hes 6 tomorrow the wee lad he is! Super proud of him .
