We have availability everyday this day week including Saturday and Sunday. Multiple drivers on hand to assist from removals to transport we can assist you at a cost effective price.

Rates as follows;
£40 upfront fee
£1.75 per loaded mile (temporary price increase due to another surge in fuel price)

Please note - we cannot accept any customers to assist in any aspect of loading a delivery vechile as our insurance does not cover for this. In recent weeks we have had requests to lower prices by assisting drivers with loading and unloading unfortunately this simply isn’t possible.

Good evening

Today has been extremely busy, same day deliveries from 09:00-15:00 assisting with garden waste clearance 15:30-17:30 then called out to a broken done BMW 116d at 17:30

Parts sourced and replaced roadside avoiding expensive recovery fees and garage costs. Customer advised water pump is excessively stiff and is in need of replacement otherwise the Drive belt will most likely snap again as this causes overheating and premature wear on the belt.

Vehicle was driven back to residence where it belongs awaiting booking in for inspection under warranty from where the car was purchased.

Job undertaken today vehicle was booked in for a break service as the wear indicator light was on. Whilst servicing the pads noticed that the wiring harness for the brake pad wear indicator had corroded and snapped which is why the brake pad service light was on. Unfortunately for the customer, the job didn’t actually need to be done just yet however the pads were 50% of the way down. New pads installed. Codes read no faults found.

Vehicle cleaned and returned to customer.

After careful consideration, due to multiple instances of non-payment, we now require an upfront payment of £45 before any job can be started. No work will be undertaken until this initial payment has been received.

This decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary to address ongoing cash flow challenges. The costs of insurance, diesel, and staff wages cannot continue to be absorbed by the business without timely payments.
This policy applies to all customers, including existing ones.

For clarity, once the job is completed, the mileage and labour costs will be invoiced separately, with the initial £45 deducted from the total invoice.
