☀️🐴 Hot Weather Horse Travel Tips! 🐴☀️

With temps rising this weekend, we’re taking extra precautions to keep horses safe and comfortable during transport — and so should you!

Here are a few key things to keep in mind when travelling horses in the heat:
🔹 Travel early morning or late evening when it’s cooler
🔹 Keep your horsebox well-ventilated
🔹 Offer water or electrolyte solutions before loading and during stops
🔹 Avoid long stops in direct sun
🔹 Monitor for signs of heat stress (sweating, rapid breathing, lethargy)

🌡️ Commercial transporters should only transport animals in temperatures above 30 degrees if they have a temperature controlled vehicle — just like ours! We have 3 big windows, a roof vent and fans to keep things as cool as possible! 😎

We’re still on the road and running as usual — but safety and comfort always come first. If you need to book transport or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! 💙

Stay cool and safe out there!

🐴🚛 We’re Still on the Road! 🚛🐴

Just a quick update as we've had lots of questions recently — while it's been a little quiet on our social media, we’ve been anything but quiet on the road! 💨

Yes, we’re still merrily transporting horses safely and reliably across the country, and we’re as committed as ever to top-quality care for every horse we move! 🐎💙

Whether it's a yard move, vet trip, competition day, beach ride, buying a new horse, or even just some loading practice — we're here to help make the journey smooth and stress-free. 💙

No trip is too big or too small — if it involves your horse, we’re happy to be part of the adventure!

Big news update 📣

We are very sad to announce we will no longer be offering our self drive hire service.

We’ve really enjoyed meeting some wonderful people throughout the past few years and would like to thank our lovely customers for supporting us during this time 🩵

It’s been an adventure to say the least and Jerry can happily retire knowing he’s seen it all! From beaches to racecourses, Badminton to Cheltenham festival, studs to retirement homes and everything in between! 🚚💨

We wish everyone and their horses who have used our horseboxes all the best and thank you for letting us be a part of your journey 🥰🩵

We are very pleased to still be offering our transport/ driven service so please do give us a shout if we can help with any loading or transporting needs! 💌

2 fluffy boys on route to their new home 🏡

Each transport job is different, and we make sure we tailor each one to the specific needs of our travellers 🧳

In this instance we gave these two boys the whole space so they were able to keep each other company on their journey. Being field companions and both inexperienced travellers, this allowed them to travel together reducing their stress and allowed them to settle quicker with the comfort of having each other as well as space to move and become comfortable with the motion of the Horsebox 🚚

We do the most we can to make sure we are able to offer the best way for your horse to be transported - whatever their needs may be 🩵
