Are you experienced in Traffic Management or CAD? We have a fantastic opportunity in our Planning Department for a Traffic Management CAD Planner. While expertise in both areas is preferred, proficiency in either Traffic Management or CAD is essential.

Location: Eye, Suffolk

Salary: £33,345 per annum + monthly bonus scheme based on performance.
Holiday: 20 days of holiday (plus additional days for your birthday and years of service)

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30, with overtime opportunities available.

We currently have M1/M2 - M5 vacancies in our 12D low speed division as well as 12AB and IPV driver vacancies within our high speed division.

We are looking for reliable operatives to work within our St Neots and Witham Depots for our low speed department. Daily tasks will include setting up traffic lights and road closures along with manual controls and collections. There is plenty of opportunity to work overtime and the rates of pay are as follows;

M1/M2 £11.75 basic & £15.00 overtime
M5 £13.75 basic and &16.50 overtime

We are looking for 2x operatives out of Witham and 3x operatives out of St Neots.

TMO HIGHWAYS ARE HIRING! As a company we are all about providing high standards and even higher rewards!

We are seeking multiple traffic management operatives to work across East Anglia and Greater London from our depots in Wisbech, Eye, St Neots and Witham.

This role includes installing traffic lights, road closures and more, as well as manual control/gateman work which can all include dealing with the general public and clients while on site.

Spending a great deal of time alone, you need to be able to work independently however we have multiple measures in place to keep you safe on the road!

Experienced and qualified operatives are desirable however, if you have a good understanding of health and safety, a respect for envionmental impact and a drive to learn and develop then your priorities match ours and we want to hear from you!

In return we can offer you:

Guaranteed hours of 55 per week with overtime available daily!
Competitive rates of pay at £13.25 p/h for M5 operatives and £11.25 p/h for M1 operatives!
Overtime rates of £16.25 for M5 and £14.75 for M1/2 paid for ALL hours worked outside of your contract, and we offer guaranteed minimum rates of up to 12hrs for evenings and weekends!

Multiple bonus schemes are also available including good audit scores, business improvement suggestions, succesful staff referrals and more - the opportunities to
earn extra income are almost endless!

Company vehicle and fuel card are provided so no commuting costs, as well as a mobile phone, uniform and PPE!

You will get 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and your birthday off every year! Long service is also rewarded with an additional day holiday for each year worked for the company up to 5 years!
