We know that caring doesn’t stop when the temperature rises. You continue to visit our service users, provide essential support and go above and beyond whatever the weather brings. 🌡️👏

Please remember to:
💧 Keep hydrated and drink plenty of water
🧴 Protect your skin and use sun cream
🧢 Wear suitable, comfortable clothing and consider sun protection
🌳 Take opportunities to keep cool and take breaks where possible
☀️ Be mindful of signs of heat exhaustion and speak up if you’re struggling

Your health and wellbeing matter too. You can’t pour from an empty cup! ❤️
