do. The lounge has a 50” wall mounted television with blu-ray player, c.d. player, play station and surround sound system. Large bi-fold doors open on to the patio which has an oak dining set with seating for eight. The lounge and kitchen are open plan, with an oak dining suite and a modern high gloss kitchen complete with every appliance you will need to cater comfortably for eight adults. On the ground floor is an en-suite double bedroom and this is ideal for guests for whom stairs could prove difficult. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite wet-room and bi-fold doors opening on to the balcony, providing you with stunning views of the sea and cliffs. There are lounge chairs on the balcony for sunny days as well as arm chairs in the bedroom so that you can enjoy the view in all weather. There is another double bed room and a twin bed room next to the family bathroom. The beauty of this holiday home is not only in the excellent accommodation, but in the beautiful location. You can walk along the beach right into Filey or onto Filey Brig, tide times permitting. Also, within 2 minutes walk, are the village pub and the pizzeria / ice cream parlour.
