Our company has been established in Kent for some 41 years and is diversified in many areas, serving mainly the South East of England. Our main source of work over the years has been connected to the building industry and in particular the transportation of trussed rafters. We have however, worked for several steel companies and often our particular vehicles are requested when the movement of awkw

ard shapes etc is required, as our rigid vehicles are kitted out with removal centre frames. These are often used for support, but are easily removed as and when required. Our vehicles are also adaptable as they contain a removable section of floor to expose a well, in which to invert loads in order to reduce height. Our fleet of vehicles consist of day cabs and sleepers with a maximum of 10.2 Metres of body and a carrying capacity of 10 Tonne. We also have a number of lorry-mounted cranes the largest of which is capable of carrying 9 Tonne, with approx 7 Metres of body and capable of lifting approx 1100kg @ 7.5 Metres. We are prepared to discuss your requirements in respect of any project etc at your convenience should you so wish. All work undertaken can be priced before hand, however with the ever-rising fuel costs it is difficult at present to hold prices beyond one month

It is with much sadness we share the news that our founder Dave Ward, sadly passed away at the age of 85 yesterday. True to his character, he was a fighter until the end and will be sorely missed by all the family.

As and when funeral arrangements are known we will share them.

The business will continue to trade, and we’ll of course do all we can to keep things as normal as possible - we are a family business and right now that is our top priority in getting through the coming days and weeks.

Permanent Position for a Class 2 HGV driver - Up to 4 nights away a week.

You will need up to date CPC and Drivers Card.
Applicants must be 25+

The position is for Monday to Friday.
£11 per hour basic for 40 hours with chances of overtime most days. Nights out paid at £35. Monthly phone allowance.
