Our drivers are the people our customers meet face to face, making them the 'face' of our organisation, therefore it is essential to us that our drivers withhold the company’s proud reputation. We are committed to providing training and development of all staff at Watermill. All our drivers have experience in different types of private hire, school work and tour work. Many of our drivers have been with the company for up to 25 years and come highly recommended from previous and current customers. These drivers are supported by our 24/7 operations team, that make your safety and enjoyment their priority. We ensure that all our coach drivers are CPC Trained, meaning they will be in line with EU regulations. All our drivers are history checked as well as having a drivers license checked by the DVLA yearly ensuring they have the full license entitlement for the type of vehicle they are likely to drive.
