⚠️ 668 PASSENGERS – TEMPORARY TIMETABLE & DIVERSION ⚠️

📅 Monday 28th September – Friday 2nd October 2026

Due to a road closure between Meare and Glastonbury, our 668 service will be operating a temporary route and timetable during these dates.

We have been given special permission for the first journey of the day towards Street and the last journey back towards Shipham to travel through the closure. These journeys will therefore continue to serve Glastonbury as shown on the temporary timetable.

All other journeys will NOT serve Glastonbury.

For these journeys, the 668 will operate between Meare and Street via Shapwick Road

📋 Please check the attached temporary timetable carefully before travelling, as stopping arrangements and journey times will differ from our normal service.

🗺️ We have also attached a map showing the temporary diversion route.

We have tried to maintain as much of the 668 service as possible while keeping the service running reasonably to time throughout the closure.

Please share this post with anyone who regularly uses the 668.

Service 31

Please can the passengers that use the Somerset Road bus stop in Frome, walk down to the Gorehedge Bus stop this morning.

There is a road closure in place for the next three days. We are unsure if we’ll have access to the Somerset Road Bus Stop this morning.

If we dont we’ll be diverting via Keyford and Marston trading estate.

Our service 31 has been stuck in traffic along Bruton high street and is running at least 20 minutes late. We are unsure what the issue is, you can track the bus via this link:

⚠️ Service 31 Diversion – Road Traffic Collision

Unfortunately, due to a road traffic collision between Bruton and Wanstrow, Service 31 will be on a diversion around the closure.

❌ Upton Noble Cross Roads will not be served on this trip.

🚌 The service is diverting via Shepton Mallet to avoid the closure and is expected to experience delays to all remaining stops.

🚍 Service 668 Update – Avalon Marshes

From Monday 31st August 2026, Service 668 will no longer serve Avalon Marshes.

Unfortunately, this change is due to the funding for the extension coming to an end.

We introduced these additional journeys on 22nd April 2025, and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has travelled with us since then. Your support has been greatly appreciated, and we hope the service has been of benefit to both local residents and visitors to the area.

📅 The final day the 668 will serve Avalon Marshes will be Friday 28th August 2026. If you’ve been thinking about visiting, there’s still time to make the most of the service before it finishes.

We’ve attached the updated timetable, which comes into effect from 30th August 2026, so please take a moment to check the revised journey times before you travel.

🚌 Service Update – Route 94

From Sunday 30th August 2026, there will be some minor changes to the Route 94 timetable.

The revised timetable is shown below, with all changes highlighted in red.

These adjustments affect the first two morning journeys and have been made to improve punctuality and reliability in response to the ongoing traffic delays we have been experiencing on the route.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support while we work to provide a more reliable service for our passengers.

🚌 New Saturday Service – Route 184 🚌

We are delighted to announce the launch of a Saturday service on our 184 route between Frome and Midsomer Norton!

The first day of operation will be Saturday 5th September 2026.

Please note that the Saturday timetable differs slightly from the weekday service, so if you’re planning to travel, be sure to check the timetable below before you set off.
