Vehicle Maintenance/Office Administrator β Girvan
Hours: 24 hours a week (flexible working available).
Extra cover could be required at holiday times or sick periods but will not be essential (up to 32 hours a week).
The role:
The role is mainly to assist in the management and maintenance of the commercial fleet but there will be opportunities to assist in the administration within our transport department.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Β· Daily filing of documentation and assisting with data input to maintain accurate vehicle maintenance costs.
Β· The generation of daily paperwork including service and MOT sheets.
Β· Updating company software with completed services and MOT information.
Β· Liaising with Transport Department to allow planning of future services and MOTβs.
Β· Tracking and Tracing company assets for services and MOTs.
Β· Recording service and MOT data onto our company software.
Β· Processing maintenance invoices on to appropriate systems.
Β· Scanning & filing of documents as required.
Β· Maintaining vehicle documents and folders.
Β· Assisting with emails and answering customer queries.
Β· Any other reasonable duties that are required within the company.
Requirements:
Β· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Β· Strong people skills and excellent communication.
Β· Ability to multiple task within a busy office environment.
Β· Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Β· Proficient in Microsoft packages.
Β· Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
