🚚 SELF-EMPLOYED COURIER DRIVERS WANTED – DPD GLOUCESTER 🚚

AJ Elite Couriers is looking for reliable, hardworking self-employed drivers to join our team working from the DPD Gloucester Depot.

💰 £220 DAY RATE

Typical driver costs:

🚐 Van rental: £1,000 per month
⛽ Driver covers own fuel: approximately £30–£45 per day
💷 Based on 20 working days, estimated earnings after van rental and fuel are approximately £125–£140 per day, before tax and other self-employed expenses.

🏆 PERFORMANCE & VAN CARE BONUS

We also want to reward drivers who consistently maintain high standards.

Additional bonuses available for:
⭐ Strong delivery performance
⭐ Excellent attendance & reliability
⭐ Good customer service
⭐ Keeping the van clean and well maintained
⭐ Looking after the vehicle and avoiding preventable damage
⭐ Consistently meeting DPD/AJ Elite operational standards

Bonus payments are subject to performance and vehicle-condition criteria.
