Released and deliveries underway after a £11700 fine plus duty

Notice Regarding Goods Shipped in the Week Ending 12 June

We would like to inform you that we are making every effort and actively engaging with the relevant authorities to facilitate the release of the consignment.

Please note that this shipment forms part of a consolidated consignment and is therefore processed as such.

The consignment was held due to a small number of packages identified as containing illegal or prohibited items. The matter is currently being handled by the Police, ZACC, and Customs authorities. We are doing everything within our capacity to ensure that this consignment is released as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay. Kindly note that the delay is also resulting in additional daily costs on our end due to accumulating charges and penalties.

At present, we are awaiting confirmation of the applicable penalty charges, duties, and storage fees. Once these have been issued and settled, the consignment will be eligible for release. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided as soon as we receive full details of these charges.
