Hello everyone!

Following lots of messages over the last few weeks we wanted to share the sad news that Miniport will not be opening as we had planned this summer. This has come as unexpected news to us from Lakeside, who unfortunately didn’t inform us this was the case until after our usual opening date despite initially being invited back last year.

We wanted to thank everyone who has sailed with us over the last seven years and supported our small business. We will very much miss seeing you all out enjoying the lake!

It’s the Bank Holiday Weekend!

Miniport at Lakeside is open everyday this weekend for electric boat hire out on the lake ⛵️

Our boats are easy to drive meaning the kids can take the wheel while you sit back and soak in the sun!! ☀️

You can catch us on the Boardwalk from 11am!

Ahoy Shipmates! ⛵️

Miniport Lakeside Shopping Centre is now open EVERYDAY 11am-6pm for the summer holidays!

Our self-drive electric boats are perfect for children to drive, so you can sit back and relax while they show off their navigation skills! 🧑‍✈️👩‍✈️

Our boats are £25 for at least 30 minutes out on the water and can fit up to five people.

No need to pre-book, just head down to the Boardwalk and we’ll get you onboard! 🌊

AHOY SHIPMATES!

Miniport at Lakeside Shopping Centre is now open until September 28th 2025! ⚓️⚓️⚓️

Come down for some family fun afloat and captain one of our electric ships- we have ferries, police and fire boats, naval destroyers and much more to choose from ⛴️🚢🛳️

There is no age limit for our boats meaning children can be mini captains, so why not sit back and relax while the kids take the wheel! 🐟🐠🐡

Our boats can fit up to 5 people and are £25 for at least 30 minutes of cruising around the lake (plus extra time if we are quiet!).

We accept cash or card and are located at Lakeside Shopping Centre, RM202ZP.

No booking required so just come on down and we will get you onboard!
