An exciting opportunity to join a busy transport company in Guildford.

We are a well established transport company in Guildford looking for a full time administrator to join our busy company.

The main duties will be to assist in the daily administration duties within the office, answering of incoming calls and emails, delegating jobs to drivers, booking in of overnight and international deliveries and general day to day duties to maintain a smooth running of the company.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has a solid background in administration
Has experience of working in a busy office environment
Can work 9:00am to 5:00pm with 30 mins for lunch.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is confident, organised and able to implement a proactive approach to your work
Has excellent IT skills and is proficient in using Microsoft Office
Can cover the office with phones and emails on weekends and evenings when the directors are away.

PAYE at £18,500 PA witha pay review at 6 months

Hello! Welcome to Guildford Couriers offering Dedicated, same day, overnight and International courier services in and around Guildford, Woking, Godalming, Farnham, Aldershot and the whole of the Surrey area. We are Guildford’s largest Independent Courier Company with 10 vehicles in our fleet from 3.5 Tonne Luton vans with either 1 , 2 or 3 men down to small corsa vans, we have had experience in the industry for over 28 years and know what it takes to give an unbeatable service.

We can also cater for office and small house removals with furniture builds and installations of dishwashers ,washing machines and even bed builds! so give us a call for a quote. Our team members have been on both sides of the coin with some that have been working as couriers for more than 10 years and other being the ones using couriers on a regular basis so putting them together, you have a company that knows what you, the customer expects!
