Sorry if we have been a bit quiet but there is still alot of work going on behind the scenes.
The sub committee met at the end of August to go through the letters that we have received from local charities and good causes, requesting a donation. The sub committee's recommendations were then put forward at a committee meeting and finalised. Work has started to contact all the successful beneficiaries who will be invited to our give away evening.

It may be 3 weeks since Hollowell Steam and Heavy Horse Show. The field is just about clear but that doesn't mean that we have stopped work. We held our feedback meeting today, a mammoth meeting but we talked about things that worked, didn't work and things we can improve on. Next for us is for the sub committee to meet to sort out how the money raised will be distributed to the local charities and good causes. Just because the rally is over doesn't mean we stop work.....

This years Bonfire and Firework Display will be on Saturday 7th November.
£2 entry per person, regardless of age - cash only on pay gates.
Sparklers are NOT allowed on the field as we will be having sheep on the land at the end of November. Random bag searches will be carried out, any sparklers found will be confiscated and disposed off safely.
Gates open 3pm
Bonfire Lit 7pm
Fireworks 7.30pm
Free Parking
B**r tent, catering units, small selection of funfair will all be on site.

Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. We have been given an updated time for the Dakota flypast today. At this moment the time we have been given is 14:38.
