- Full Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Hire Start Date
- Hire End Date
- Roof box size required (470L, 360L, 320L or 250L)
- Are roof bars required?
- If yes, please provide:
- Car Registration Number (so we can assess

the roof bars required)
- Type of roof rails on your car
- Flat Roof (no roof rails)
- Raised Roof Rails (gap between the car roof and rails)
- Flush Roof Rails (no gap between the car roof and rails)
- Fixing Point (these mounting points are usually hidden under flaps or sliders)
- T-Tracks (a channel in the roof with a slot running full length)
- Gutters (mainly on much older cars)
- Any other comments
