The PCA is a members association formed in 1991, which is a non-profit making Ltd Company which promotes and protects the interest of its members and safety of passengers. Hire a boat from our members, fully inspected, fully insured, and crews fully trained, Nationwide and with members worldwide. We are the Independent Voice of the Boat Charter Industry and have been running since 1991, In 2014 we
became a Ltd company. We are passionate about being the best. In February 2020 we took over the running of The Christensen Lloyd Charter Register which remains free to our members. During the Covid Pandemic in 2020 our industry was hit very hard closing us down for 3-4 months. We fought to ensure members were well represented at all levels, challenging Government guidelines and industry views. No other association appears to have suspended members fees due to the losses we all incurred and we reduced our joining fee by 2/3rds. We also provided free of charge Covid Secure and return to work advice to our members. This has been a period of immense financial burden to all involved and we have provided support to gain grants from government
