🚌✨ Another Investment in Gatwick Hoppa

We’re continuing to invest in Gatwick Hoppa, not just in our vehicles and service, but in the little things that help us maintain the standards we expect.

Our latest addition is a walk-around bus wash, installed at our depot to help us keep the Hoppa fleet looking as clean and presentable as possible. 🧼🚌

With our buses operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, keeping them clean is a constant job. The new wash means we can clean vehicles quickly and regularly between duties, rather than relying solely on scheduled external washes.

For us, it’s all part of the same philosophy:

Invest in the fleet.
Invest in our facilities.
Look after the details.
Keep improving the service.

A clean bus might seem like a small thing, but when thousands of passengers are trusting us to start or finish their journey to Gatwick Airport, the details matter.

And, frankly, with British weather involved, we’ve probably just purchased one of the hardest-working members of the team. 🌧️😂

We are delighted to share the success of our new and improved timetable, which has now increased from an up to every 15-minute service to an up to every 10-minute service between Gatwick Airport North & South Terminals and our partner hotels.

The feedback from our passengers and stakeholders has been extremely positive, and we would like to thank everyone for their continued support as passenger numbers continue to grow. It’s a good problem to have, even if it means more people than anticipated are choosing sleep over traveling to the airport at 4am.

⚠️ Important Travel Advice

Despite the increased frequency, our services between 03:00 and 05:00 remain exceptionally busy every day, with very high passenger demand during these peak airport departure times.

We strongly advise all customers travelling during these hours to allow extra time for their journey to ensure a stress-free start to their travels.

Our team is continually monitoring passenger numbers and will keep reviewing the service to ensure we provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Fresh out of the wrap shop Symbol Sam Signs and ready to hit the roads of Gatwick.
Our latest addition to the fleet has officially arrived and will soon be entering service on the Gatwick Hoppa network.

With a fresh new look, improved passenger comfort, contactless payments, and reliable 24-hour operation, we’re continuing our investment into making airport hotel transfers better, smarter and more dependable. Because apparently passengers enjoy buses that actually turn up looking professional. Strange concept in public transport, but we’re embracing it.

Keep an eye out for this stunning Volvo eVoRa joining the fleet over the coming days as we continue to grow and improve the Gatwick Hoppa service.

Send us the hotel name + terminal and we’ll confirm whether it’s on our route and where to catch us.
