She’s brilliant at problem solving and finding the best solutions for tricky, time-critical jobs—sourcing the best price, vetting drivers, tracking and troubleshooting along the way, and sending PODs once delivered.
It gives our customers real peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of, so they can focus on running their business while trusting their goods are in safe hands and delivered exactly where they need to be.✅

Gaynor keeps a close eye on international parcels, tracking progress and quickly resolving any issues while keeping customers informed every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly. With her natural charm and quick wit, she builds great rapport on the phone—helping get the best out of people and making sure shipments reach exactly where they need to be ☎️✨

Making sure collections run smoothly at the end of the day is one of Gaynor’s key responsibilities, and she always goes the extra mile to get the job done. By calling depots and liaising closely with customers, she’s relentless in ensuring this first stage of the shipment journey gets off to the best possible start 💪📞
