A reminder that reliability is about more than just vehicles.

On Friday, one of our vans suffered a gearbox failure while carrying out a delivery into London.

Rather than allowing the situation to affect our customer, we quickly arranged another vehicle, transferred the freight, and kept the delivery moving while the broken-down van was recovered.

Unfortunately, the van now needs a replacement gearbox, but the important thing is that our customer’s delivery was completed with only a small delay and no disruption.

Transport can be unpredictable, but having the right people, procedures, and backup plans in place makes all the difference.
