Based on the shores of the iconic Loch Ness, one of the most scenic locations in Scotland. The Inchnacardoch Lodge Hotel offers its guests a unique and exclusive experience and provides private skippered charters with a sailing yacht on Loch Ness. Within the existing team of professionals, we are looking for a dedicated Skipper/Yacht Manager to oversee the operation and organisation of our Yachts.

Your job is it to make the transition from land to Loch as smooth as possible for our guests. Together with the management team, you will be developing the business further and can actively improve the long-term customer experience. This hands-on role will involve the operation of the skippered Yachts when required. Previous skippering and Yacht Management experience is necessary.
