At Munro Access Services, we believe that looking after mental health is just as important as looking after physical health.

Working in the construction industry can come with its own pressures and challenges, and we recognise the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, asking for help and supporting one another.

Mental health doesn't always show on the outside. A simple check-in, a conversation or taking the time to listen could make more of a difference than you realise.

We're proud to have Mental Health First Aiders within our team and are committed to promoting a workplace culture built on support, respect and understanding.

So pleased to support Tuach Track Community Group - Kintore. Please follow their page to keep up to speed with their journey!

5 months ago Tuach Track was just an idea that 2 mates decided to run with...

Fast forward a few months and we've got the Bike Bank up and running, Spanner Sessions with local kids starting soon, a couple of events under our belt, organisations reaching out wanting to work with us... and we're now officially affiliated with Scottish Cycling, the national governing body for cycling in Scotland.

What that could open up for Tuach Track going forward is pretty exciting.

And behind all of that, we're still chipping away at the big one... getting a permanent pump track built in Kintore.

Not bad going for 5 months.

We've been learning as we go, doing all of this voluntarily around full-time jobs and family life, jumping at the opportunities that felt right and knocking back the ones that didn't.

As always, cheers to everyone who continues to support what we're trying to achieve.

And the best bit? We're just getting started.

FOLLOW FRIDAY – Strikers Indoor Football

A huge thank you to Strikers Indoor Football Aberdeen for supporting us during our recent recruitment campaign by kindly displaying our job advertisement in their reception area! ⚽🎾

Strikers is a fantastic indoor sports venue in Bridge of Don, offering state-of-the-art indoor football pitches, purpose-built padel courts and the only dedicated futsal court in the country. They provide a great space for people of all ages and abilities to stay active, have fun and enjoy sport, with pitch and court hire, coaching, events and parties also available.

It’s always great to work with and support other local businesses!

We love building relationships within the local community and are always happy to give a shout-out to those who support us too.

🏁 Another brilliant weekend of racing at Donington Park!

We’re incredibly proud to support this young rider as he continues to develop and make his mark in the NG Road Racing Championship.

Danger_Daz_Racing came away with some fantastic results, including a 1st in class, 2nd in class and 3rd in class across the weekend! 👏

What’s just as impressive is the attitude behind the results – adapting to some challenging weather conditions and already looking at the data to see where improvements can be made.

It’s great to see the hard work, determination and commitment going in both on and off the track.

Well done from everyone at Munro Access Services – we’re delighted to play a small part in the journey and look forward to seeing what comes next! 🏍️🏁

👏 FOLLOW FRIDAY – SIG Roofing Aberdeen 👏

This week’s Follow Friday goes to the brilliant team at SIG Roofing Aberdeen!

We’re always so impressed by the service we receive from the team – they’re helpful, supportive, incredibly quick to get back to us and always willing to go that extra mile. Top service every time!

They’ve also very kindly been supporting our current recruitment drive by displaying our job advert in store, helping us get the word out to more local tradespeople – something we really appreciate.

Emma would also like to give a special shoutout to David, who is always an absolute pleasure to deal with, super responsive and, most importantly, makes her life that little bit easier! 😂👏

Tuach Track Community Group - Kintore are doing some great work, please have a look at their page!

Two really good meetings today and another one pencilled in for tomorrow. Plenty going on behind the scenes just now and some exciting things in the pipeline for the future.

Meanwhile, our petition is sitting at 595 signatures. Just a kick in the arse off 600!

Would be class to get it over the 600 mark by the weekend, so if you haven't signed yet, or could give it a share with friends and family, it would be much appreciated 🫡
