Today our team are finishing the second day of a house move in Market Harborough.
Moving home can be a huge adjustment for anyone, but for this family, who are neurodivergent, the change involved a lot more than simply moving belongings from one property to another.
We understood from the outset that a traditional one-day move wasn't going to be the best approach for their needs. So yesterday, we carefully packed and moved the essential items, helping them begin settling into their new home at a pace that felt manageable and comfortable for them with out causing any overwhelming feelings.
Today, we've returned to move the remaining belongings, garden contents, and two very important fish tanks.
Every move is different because every person is different. Sometimes the best service we can provide isn't being the fastest—it's taking the time to understand what matters most to our clients and adapting our approach to support them through a significant life change.
We're grateful to have been trusted with this move and wish the family many happy years in their new home.
