✨ HELLO SEPTEMBER…

I’m starting the month with good intentions…

I started walking at least 6km a day last month 🚶‍♀️💪🏻 and so far so good!

Now I’ve finally started wearing the glasses I bought 12 MONTHS AGO 🤓Yes, they’ve been sitting there for an entire year. What can I say… I like to take my time! 🙈

And today I’ve started my new supplements too, hoping to give my health, energy & wellbeing a little more love. 💚✨

So between the walking, the glasses and the supplements, I’m basically a whole new woman… 🤣

Although let’s not get carried away just yet… 😂

And of course I still plan on enjoying plenty of good food, travel, adventures and a glass of w**e or two! 🥂✈️🌍

Here’s to a healthier, happier September and actually sticking to these good intentions! 💪🏻✨
