๐๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข โ ๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ฐ๐๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ! ๐๐ฎ๐น
I absolutely loved visiting this beautiful island. We booked our ferry tickets in advance for an early sailing, which gave us a full day to explore.
Our first adventure was the ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ โ and it was incredible! Access can be touch-and-go depending on the conditions, so we were so glad we got in. To top it off, we even spotted a man kayaking and riding the waves behind our boat โ what a sight! ๐๐ฃ
Next, we caught the bus to ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข and took the chairlift to the summit. Riding up through the low clouds was an experience in itself! Anacapri is a peaceful and charming town, filled with quaint shops, lovely restaurants, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
We then headed to ๐๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง (tip: catch the bus from the stop before the main one if you can โ it's much quieter!). All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! The cobbled streets are stunning, and a visit to the Augustus Gardens is a must for breathtaking views and beautiful flowers. If designer shopping is your thing, you'll be spoilt for choice!
Before heading back, we enjoyed a drink at a lovely cafรฉ overlooking ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐, soaking up the spectacular scenery. Rather than taking the bus or funicular back to the ferry port, we chose to walk down the stairs โ the perfect end to an unforgettable day.
