My son Aston, loves the anime show called Naruto. So I decided to make him a sword like the one in the show.

It will actually be a set of 3 swords with a custom wall mount. The first sword, a short "Tanto" type is now complete. I still have the large straight bladed "Chokuto" sword to build and also finish designing and printing the curved bladed Katana sword..as well as the wall mount!! But all is good so far.

This is the first 3D printed prop I have designed myself and built! So its been a bit tricky.

The sheath has hidden magnets that snap it and the handle together. Here's some pics and a short video in the comments.

Latest print for a client. A 1:6 scale print of Dr Who, Paul McGann. Printed in high resolution on a resin printer. Client supplied with raw print as they want to do the finish and painting.

Latest make for a client. A life size sci-fi gun from the Aliens movie. Printed as a kit as the client wishes to build and paint it themselves.

This is a set of 3D printed parts to build a full-scale (1:1 or lifesize) M240 Flamethrower (AKA "Bake-A-Flake") inspired by the movie "Aliens".

This one has a custom mount/stand which has been modelled after the grating in Hadley's Hope. It includes a USCM logo on the face. The canister is threaded to that it may be unscrewed from the body. This makes for cool reloads during cosplay, and makes transport easier.

Included:
1. Full set of 3D printed parts, including the custom wall mount.

The wall mount had been broken into separate parts, to allow for some dowels (which are included). This strengthens the mount and keeps your prop safe.

2. Additional canisters can be purchased. So you can do cool reloads at your next Con!

For those looking to buy a Plasma Rifle for their build:

I have just finished sorting and amending a suitable model.

It is 3D printed in 4 parts. The gun itself is split down the middle,

along the sightline.

A foresight has been added. On each side there is a blank space cutout for two inserts.

These inserts have the Cyberdyne/Skynet logo and the rifle make and model stamped into them.

The main gun is FDM printed, and the inserts are resin printed, this is done to maximise detail -

as the lettering is so small.

Price for the 4 part kit is £45, plus postage (I am in UK, so this depends on where you are in the world obviously)

I can also do all the glueing,filling,finishing and sanding if needed.

Obviously this will be considerably more, due to the length of time taken.

UPDATE 4TH OCT: The first test print is underway....

UPDATE 7TH OCT: The first test print has been done. Going to see a friend who has the model, to do a test fit. Will be putting up pics later.

UPDATE PART 2: UPDATE PART 2: Test print tested and fitting is fine. Added pic to comments.

UPDATE 17TH OCTOBER: Test print was all ok and fitted fine. So now printing the first lot of orders..please be patient as 3D printing is slow.. Will try to add a photo when back home later (currently at work). I am hoping to have the first order out on monday, and others soon after that.

The wife and I had a tattoo today. In aid for our local Autism charity, Life For A Kid. We have 5 autistic children..so I will be having 4 more jigsaw pieces added soon!

A recent make for a friend. Her lovely dog, Taz, sadly passed away. So made this as a little something to help honour/remember him. Resin printed and treated with a Pewter wax finish.
