We have now operated our final weekday and Saturday Service 15 journey.
As we close this chapter, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has travelled with us since we started operating the route in April. The support you have shown us has been nothing short of incredible, and we have genuinely been overwhelmed by the number of kind messages, comments and conversations we've had from people telling us they don't want to see us go.
One of the things that has made operating Service 15 so special has been the relationships that have developed between our drivers and our regular customers. What started as a new route quickly became much more than just a bus service. Our drivers got to know your names, your routines, where you liked to sit, and often how your day was going. For many of our team, seeing familiar faces every day became one of the highlights of their shifts.
The friendly chats, the thank yous as you got off, and the genuine warmth shown by our customers are things that will stay with our drivers long after today. They will miss you just as much as many of you have told us you'll miss them.
The outpouring of support over the last few weeks has meant the world to us. It is never easy to step away from a service where you feel so valued by the community.
From Monday, Service 11 is restored to a two-buses-per-hour daytime service operated by First York with the addition of service 11A.

While our weekday and Saturday journeys have now come to an end, this is not goodbye.
We are still here every Sunday and Bank Holiday, and you'll continue to be welcomed aboard by our friendly regular drivers who are looking forward to seeing many familiar faces again.
From all of us, thank you for making these last two months so memorable. We are proud to have served you, grateful for your support, and honoured to have been part of your daily journeys.
