Weekend like that reminds you what it’s all about.

Truckfest wasn’t just about the trucks — it was about the people behind them. Great to see so many of our drivers there with their families, enjoying it together and showing off the kit.

The pride they take in their trucks and their work doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s what sets the standard.

On top of that, we’ve taken delivery of three new DAFs over the last few days — including the school road safety livery truck we brought down to the show — and now two more joining the fleet today.

That takes us to 33 trucks on the road.

Growing is one thing…
But growing with the right people around you is what really matters 👍

What a weekend it’s been so far! Sunshine yesterday, plenty of laughs, good food and a few beers to top it off 🍻☀️

Massive credit to our drivers who keep these trucks looking absolutely immaculate all year round — it really shows when they’re lined up like this 👌

A couple have now headed off, but we’ve still got four holding down the fort until tomorrow 💪

Zbyszek enjoying his second week in the new DAF XG.

So far so good.

Great fuel consumption, plenty of cab space, the cameras are very high quality and cover all blind spots.

Lets see how they perform in the long run.

We've tried Scania, Mercedes, Volvo and Daf.

All have their pros and cons.

Could the new DAF XG be the one that trumps all?

We will find out in 8 years 😂 - ill keep you updated.

Today we’ve taken delivery of 3 brand new DAF units.

Moments like this mean a lot.

Not just because they look great…
But because of what they represent.

Progress.
Growth.
And everything that goes on behind the scenes to make it happen.

From a family-run business in Hull…
To now running a growing fleet and continuing to invest in the future.

We don’t take days like this for granted.

10 days in the new DAF XG and I’m honestly impressed.

• MASSIVE cab space
• Armrest finally 😮‍💨
• Reversing camera = game changer
• Mirror cams are crystal clear
• No mirrors blocking your view

People love to slate them…
but our data from 2019 says otherwise.
Solid. Reliable. No major headaches.

Only downside?
That sat nav feels a bit Android-tablet-from-2013 📱
Laggy. Keyboard didn’t even work.

Still though…
If we’re buying more trucks — this one’s definitely in the conversation.
