Another successful machinery move completed. 🚛✨

Our team recently carried out the removal of 2 × Doosan DNM 6700 machining centres.

Each machine was professionally prepared for transport by securing all axis before being carefully jacked up and skated out of the building. Once outside, both machines were safely loaded using a 25/35 Versa Lift onto transport organised by our team.

Another successful machinery relocation completed. 🚛✨

Our team was recently tasked with the decommissioning, relocation, and installation of a Mazak Smooth HCN-6000.

The project began with safely decommissioning the machine by securing all axis and draining the coolant before preparing it for transport. The machine was then carefully loaded using a 25/35 Versa Lift and transported to the customer’s facility.

Before delivery could take place, we first removed a scrap Mazak machining centre and repositioned a Dean Smith & Grace CNC grinder to create the required space.

With the site prepared, we safely offloaded the HCN-6000 and positioned it exactly where the customer required, completing another seamless relocation from start to finish.

This Agie Charmilles EDM machine was carefully prepared for transport by securing all axis before draining the dielectric fluid into a clean IBC, allowing the customer to reuse it.

With the machine located on a mezzanine floor, it was safely lowered to ground level using a forklift with the required lifting capacity and height before being loaded ready for transport.

This Mori Seiki NT5400 DCG was safely prepared for transport using timber and heavy-duty ratchet straps, as no factory transit brackets were available.

After carefully skating the machine through a very tight route out of the factory, it was lifted and loaded using a 60/80 Versa-Lift.

This project involved two Mori Seiki lathes, both requiring careful preparation prior to removal due to the absence of transit brackets. Our team secured all axis using timber and ratchet straps to ensure safe transportation.

Both machines were then expertly jacked and skated through the factory and out to the loading area. Once outside, we utilised a Versa Lift to safely load the machines.
