This Sunday’s ride is the most adventurous Sunday route Lauder auld licht railway 🤩❤️🚲 31km this week including 5km on grass / gravel ( unsuitable for skinny tyres ) Meet at ☀️EARLIER TIME ☀️Stow Station House . 9.15am for 9.30am departure Cuppas / snacks mid ride this week at Lauderdale Hotel

((Please note - you are responsible for your own safety but we will be around to support you , guided by our volunteer lead ride leader Steve F & team this week 🚲 . Please note , under 16s must be accompanied by an oldie.))

You can join the ride for free on your own bike ! There is often a mix of pedal power & ebikes. You can borrow an ebike for free if you’re a member or £10 if just visiting . ( must be aged14+ to ride ebike )

We’d love to see you and are a mixed ability group that ride at a leisurely pace . Route avoids busy roads.

🚲Meet at Lauder Community and Leisure Centre Smiddy, sessions held outdoors at the public park.
🚲 suitable for beginners & refreshers - e-bikes & helmets provided or use your own (any type) bike

Our Active Schools team provides opportunities for young people to take part in sport and physical activity before, during and after school, and to develop effective pathways between schools and sports clubs in the local community.
