WE’RE HIRING – SALES & CUSTOMER CALL HANDLER

We’re looking for a confident, reliable person to help handle incoming customer enquiries and follow up leads for our growing businesses.

The role will include:

* Calling new enquiries quickly
* Answering incoming customer calls
* Following up leads by phone, WhatsApp and email
* Providing prices and basic service information
* Booking customers in
* Following up customers who haven’t yet confirmed
* Keeping simple notes on each enquiry
* Helping turn more enquiries into confirmed bookings

We’d preferably like someone with:

* Sales or telesales experience
* Good telephone manner
* Confidence speaking with customers
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to follow up without being pushy
* Good organisation
* Experience in removals, van hire, transport or logistics would be a bonus

This would suit someone who understands that speed matters with new leads and knows how to confidently move a customer from an enquiry to a booking.

Part-time initially, with the opportunity for more hours as the role grows.
