We need your help please...

We have analysed our data to understand where our work comes from and I can see the majority of our work comes from word of mouth referrals. Given this, we would love to reward those customers that continually refer our services to others. Please can you vote to show which you feel would be the best way to do this:

What helps our customers:

1) We stay in touch with you when you decide to move with our company. We do this to ensure when your move date is given, we can ensure we have availability to complete your move.

2) We check access at your current property and at your new property. We do this to ensure we assign the correct sized vehicle from our fleet to ensure a stress-free removal service.

3) We offer a late key waiver so if taken, then no extra charges are applied on the day. We do this as sadly some customers experience completion delays on the day which is out of their control. Having the peace of mind of a late key waiver means you do not have to worry about additional costs adding up on the day.

4) We understand last minute changes do happen and when this is the case, we work flexibly with our customers to navigate these issues. With appropriate notice we can move your deposit so you are not financially out of pocket.

We pride ourselves on communication with our customers, we aim to create a stress-free moving service and offer a number of additional services which you can take advantage of to truly allow for a stress-free removal service.
